We will manufacture then post your item(s) to your registered billing address
(in most cases FREE if inside the UK.) unless otherwise stated.
Once produced we will commonly post via Royal mail (or Ups. in the case of our larger
units) to arrive well within 10 business days after purchase, we will then email you with
estimated arrival times and to confirm dispatch.
There are no hidden charges, what you see is what you pay.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you are entitled to a "cooling off period".
You are entitled to cancel your order without reason up to 8 days from the date that you received your order for a full
refund provided the product is returned to us in its original packaging, unopened, in a resalable condition,
please enclose your invoice (receipt) when returning goods and a note with your name address and e-bay ID on it.
It is your responsibility to pay for return postage costs and to ensure that goods reach us undamaged. We would
advise you to obtain a proof of postage certificate from the Royal Mail or send goods via Recorded Delivery.
Refunds will be made within 3 days of goods being received. Any refund will be made to you via the same payment
method as we received. We will supply a return address on request. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee in addition to your
right to cancel we offer a NO QUIBBLE 100% satisfaction guarantee, if within 14 days you decide that you are unhappy
with your purchase and provided the product is returned to us in its original packaging, unopened, in a resalable
condition, together with your receipt, we will arrange an immediate replacement or refund, please let us know which
option you require. Please enclose your invoice (receipt) when returning goods, it is your responsibility to pay for return
postage costs and to ensure that goods reach us undamaged as a claim may be sought against you if goods are
returned damaged, or not at all. We would advise you to obtain a proof of postage certificate from the Royal Mail
or send goods via Recorded Delivery. Refunds will be made within 3 days of goods being returned to us. Any refund
will be made to you via the same payment method as we received payment.
Faulty Goods
We offer a 1 year guarantee against defects on all of our products from the date of purchase, if in the extreme
eventuality you have reason to believe there is a structural problem with a product then please contact us via e-mail
bespokeuniquedesigns@live.co.uk. If we are unable to solve the problem then simply return the faulty goods to us
and we will refund or replace the goods and also pay the cost of returning the goods to us. Please note that returned
units will be inspected to ensure that they are faulty and that they have not been mis treated or purposefully damaged,
we reserve the right to charge you for any replacement goods that we send you and P+P costs if this can be proven
to be the case. Your statutory rights are not affected.
